NOVELTY - A modified nylon 6 fiber is prepared by taking caprolactam, heating, adding oxidized graphene powder and deionized water, stirring, reacting at 270-280 degrees C under 0.23 MPa for 4 hours, and at 250-260 degrees C under - 0.09 to 0.03 MPa for 14 hours, granulating, adding deionized water, extracting at 70-80 degrees C, drying, spinning, extruding, stretching, cooling, and rolling at 70-80 degrees C at rate of 580-620 m/minute, at 165-175 degrees C at rate of 1900-2100 m/minute, at 195-205 degrees C at rate of 2650-2850 m/minute, and at 140-150 degrees C at rate of 2550-2750 m/minute. USE - Method for preparing modified nylon 6 fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fiber has stretching multiple of 4.40-4.70 times and winding speed of 2400-2700 meters/minute.
