NOVELTY - Mineral graphene melt blown cloth comprises 65-75 pts. wt. polypropylene resin, 35-45 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene material, 1-5 pts. wt. nano silver, 2-5 pts. wt. bian stone, 15-25 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. stabilizer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersant. USE - As mineral graphene melt blown cloth. ADVANTAGE - The mineral graphene melt blown cloth has excellent antibacterial property, filtration rate, air permeability and improved antibacterial and filtration properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the mineral graphene melt-blown cloth, which involves (i) taking polypropylene resin, polyethylene terephthalate, graphene material, nano silver, bian stone, titanium dioxide, stabilizer, coupling agent and dispersant, (ii) adding the polypropylene resin, polyethylene terephthalate, graphene material, nano silver, bian stone, titanium dioxide, stabilizer, coupling agent and dispersant of step (i) to the mixing box, stirring and mixing to obtain a raw material mixture, (iii) adding the raw material mixture obtained in step (ii) to a screw extruder for melt extrusion to obtain a melt, (iv) filtering the melt obtained in step (iii) through a double-piston filter device to obtain a filtered melt, (v) drawing the trickle by the melt obtained in step (iv) through a high-speed hot air stream, and mixing room temperature air on both sides into the drafting hot air stream to cool the trickle to obtain ultrafine fibers, (vi) collecting the superfine fibers obtained in step (v) on a condensation net curtain, using their own waste heat to stick to each other, and cutting the edges by a trimming machine, and winding on the winding roller to obtain the meltblown cloth with different specification.
