NOVELTY - Flexible electric double layer capacitor comprises a first substrate (1), a flexible anode, a flexible cathode and a second substrate (7). The flexible anode and the flexible cathode are provided with an organic electrolyte gel (4). The flexible anode comprises a first flexible electrode sheet (2) and a first tab (3) set on one side of the first flexible electrode sheet. The first tab is located between the first substrate and the first flexible electrode sheet. The flexible cathode comprises a second flexible electrode sheet (8) and a second tab arranged on one side of the second flexible electrode sheet. The preparation of the first flexible electrode sheet and the second flexible electrode sheet includes preparing dry mixture under a high pressure atmosphere after mixing the raw materials, and rolling the dry mixture to obtain the first flexible electrode sheet and the second flexible electrode sheet. USE - The device is useful for flexible electric double layer capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The flexible electric double-layer capacitor improves the energy density.
