▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves transferring CVD graphene and metal substrate into oxidizing solution. The graphene alkene fold and other defects of the metal substrate are oxidized. The oxidized CVD graphene and the metal substrate are placed together with optical display under the microscope for observation. The metal substrate is made of copper and nickel alloy. The oxidizing solution is provided with hydrogen dioxide and potassium permanganate solution. USE - Method for visually displaying CVD graphite alkene defect on surface of metal substrate. ADVANTAGE - The repeatability of the process can be simple, high and easy. The nano grade clear defect distribution displayed at low magnification optical microscope can be observed effectively.
