NOVELTY - An active ecological floor comprises 80-100 pts. wt. hard miscellaneous tree, 10-20 pts. wt. PVC resin, 5-10 pts. wt. stearic acid glyceride, 1-3 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 3-5 pts. wt. micron-sized polyimide, 1-3 pts. wt. nano-grade polyimide, 2-4 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. tourmaline, 1-3 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 10-20 pts. wt. absolute ethanol solution, 0.5-1 pt. wt. rare earth oxide, 0.3-0.5 pt. wt. zirconium silicate, 20-40 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, and 3-7 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - Active ecological floor. ADVANTAGE - The floor has strong bonding force, large negative oxygen ion releasing amount, and good strength and is wear-resistant, antibacterial, and not easy to deform. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the ecological floor comprising: (A) crushing hardwood into powder, adding hard wood, PVC resin, stearic acid glyceride, nano e silicon dioxide, nano calcium carbonate, micron-sized polyimide, nano polyimide to a high speed mixer, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours at 95-110 degrees C, reducing temperature to 40-60 degrees C, double-screw extruder pelletizing, putting into a mold, heating, pressurizing, cooling, and unloading plate to obtain floor substrate; (B) raising temperature to 160-200 degrees C and heat-preserving for 30-60 minutes; (C) mixing the graphene, absolute ethanol, tourmaline and nano-titanium dioxide, stirring and reacting for 20-40 minutes at 120-140 degrees C, adding rare earth oxide, zirconium silicate, and polyethylene glycol, and stirring for 1-3 hours to a form dipping liquid; and (D) adding the porous floor substrate into the dipping liquid at solid-liquid ratio of 1:1-10, adding coupling agent KH570, microwave processing under the protection of nitrogen for 20-40 minutes at 2-4 kW, washing, filtering, and drying.
