▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a parting layer (20) with first adhesive force on a bearing substrate (10). A flexible substrate is formed with second adhesive force on the parting layer, where the second adhesive force is lower than the first adhesive force. A display device layer is formed on the flexible substrate. The parting layer is removed from the flexible substrate. The parting layer is provided with a graphene layer. The graphene layer is provided on the bearing substrate. Fluid (12) is infiltrated between the parting layer and the bearing substrate. The graphene layer is welded with the bearing substrate. A polymer layer is coated on the graphene layer, where the polymer layer is made of material that is selected from a group consist of polyimide, polyethylene naphthalate, polycarbonate, polyethersulfone and polyethylene ether phthalate. USE - Method for manufacturing a display device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables removing residue between the flexible substrate and the bearing substrate using the parting layer.
