NOVELTY - Preparing graphite phenolic resin-based composite fibrous membrane comprises e.g. adding biomass activated carbon fiber as framework, emulsion pellets as templating agents, a mixture of water and organic solvent with graphene oxide hydrosol to obtain a suspension, where mass ratio between graphene oxide and biomass activated carbon fiber is 1:0.1-20; and mass ratio between biomass activated carbon fiber, emulsion pellets, graphene oxide and mixed solvent is 1.6-26:50-500 and then adding graphene oxide hydrosol, emulsion pellets in combination with suspension of biomass activated carbon fibers. USE - The membrane is useful for capacitor electrode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane has high density of capacitor electrode energy storage and excellent cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphite phenolic resin-based composite fibrous membrane comprises (i) adding biomass activated carbon fiber as framework, emulsion pellets as templating agents, a mixture of water and organic solvent with graphene oxide hydrosol to obtain a suspension, where mass ratio between graphene oxide and biomass activated carbon fiber is 1:0.1-20; mass ratio between graphene oxide and emulsion pellets is 1:0.5-5; volume ratio between water and organic solvent is 1:0.5-10, and mass ratio between biomass activated carbon fiber, emulsion pellets, graphene oxide and mixed solvent is 1.6-26:50-500, (ii) adding graphene oxide hydrosol, emulsion pellets in combination with suspension of biomass activated carbon fibers to obtain a composite flexible film, (iii) adding composite flexible film obtained in step (ii) in a graphite fixture under vacuum or inert atmosphere to obtain 3D macroporous vesicular composite membrane by hot pressing at 500-1000 degrees C for 0.1-15 hours, and (iv) applying 3D macroporous bubble composite membrane prepared in step (iii) to a prepreg phenolic resin, vacuumizing at room temperature, hot pressing at 150-180 degrees C for 30-120 minutes, immersing in the lye, activating to obtain final product.
