▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - In-situ synthesis of zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite-graphene nano composite comprises preparing or providing graphene oxide suspension, where the graphene content is 3.53 g/l, adding 0.02 mol/l zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 0.01 mol/l aluminum nitrate nonahydrate to graphene suspension respectively, and dissolving metal nitrate by ultrasound, dropping 30.2 g/l sodium hydroxide and 20 g/l sodium carbonate into graphene suspension containing metal nitrate at a speed of 0.05 ml/seconds, reacting above graphene suspension dripped with sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate for 30 minutes under heating and stirring in a 65 degrees C water bath to obtain a slurry, washing obtained slurry by centrifugation at a speed of 5000 revolutions/minutes until pH is about 7, hydrothermally reacting centrifuged product at 150 degrees C for 24 hours, and taking out hydrothermal reaction product, filtering, washing and vacuum drying to obtain composite material. USE - The method is useful for in-situ synthesis of zinc-aluminum hydrotalcite-graphene nano composite. ADVANTAGE - The method: provides guarantee for application of hydrotalcite in zinc-based secondary batteries, improved conductivity of hydrotalcite. The material: has strong corrosion resistance and accelerates electrode reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for secondary battery comprising zinc cathode.
