NOVELTY - Thin layer chromatography separation method based on MOFs composite photonic crystal thin layer, comprises taking 9-12 pts. wt. ethyl orthosilicate, 3-4 pts. wt. absolute ethanol, 12-18 pts. wt. deionized water, and 1-2 pts. wt. nitric acid solution, mixing ethyl orthosilicate and absolute ethanol, add deionized water, magnetic stirring; adding deionized water to the solution, coating the glue solution on the substrate, heating the substrate coated with the glue solution for 35-55 minutes and calcinating heated substrate at a high temperature, spotting the solution containing the analyte on the MOFs composite photonic crystal thin layer, carrying out preparation of metal ionic liquid; rinsing thin layer of composite photonic crystal with clean water and use ethanol to clean it, collecting spatially resolved reflectance spectra; and determining the chromatographic parameters of each component of the analyte. USE - Thin layer chromatography separation method based on MOFs composite photonic crystal thin layer. ADVANTAGE - The method can synchronously realize efficient separation and structure color detection of the substance; the adsorption and desorption process of the substance is reinforced, which improves the selectivity of the analyte, so as to obviously improve the separation effect; and successfully separating the traditional thin layer chromatogram cannot be separated structure similar substance.
