NOVELTY - A graphene/zinc oxide nano composite material preparing method involves dissolving 0.0005-0.001 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 2.5-3 pts. wt. zinc nitrate in water ultrasonically by adding 0.05-0.06 pts. wt. hexadecyl alkyl trimethyl ammonium bromide for 30-45 minutes to obtain a resultant solution. The resultant solution is added with hydrazine hydrate ultrasonically for 30-45 minutes. The obtained solution is transferred in a reaction kettle. The kettle is cooled at room temperature to obtain reactant. The reactant is centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain a finished product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/zinc oxide nano composite material that is utilized in gas sensor for detecting ethanolamine (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/zinc oxide nano composite material preparing method involves dissolving 0.0005-0.001 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 2.5-3 pts. wt. zinc nitrate in water ultrasonically by adding 0.05-0.06 pts. wt. hexadecyl alkyl trimethyl ammonium bromide for 30-45 minutes to obtain a resultant solution. The resultant solution is added with hydrazine hydrate ultrasonically for 30-45 minutes according to zinc nitrate and water at a mass volume ratio of 3.8 (w/v)%, and zinc nitrate and hydrazine hydrate mass volume ratio of 50(w/v)%. The obtained solution is transferred in a reaction kettle at 150-160 degrees C for 12-14 hours. The kettle is cooled at room temperature to obtain reactant. The reactant is centrifuged, washed and dried to obtain a finished product.
