▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Self-repairing micro-capsule comprises capsule core comprising epoxy resin and capsule wall wrapping the outer circumference of the capsule core. The capsule wall is graphene oxide modified polymethyl methacrylate. The surface modification layer wrapped around the periphery of the capsule wall. The surface modification layer is poly-dopamine. USE - Used as self-repairing micro-capsule. ADVANTAGE - The micro-capsule: has good toughness, stability and dispersion, break resistance and high bonding strength; and can self- repair the micro cracks or breakages in the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing self-repairing microcapsules, comprising (i) adding N-2-aminoethyl-2-bromo-2-isobutyramide into the graphene oxide aqueous solution, adjusting the pH to 8-11, washing and separating solid-liquid to obtain an initiator, (ii) mixing the initiator and the dimethylformamide solution in which methyl methacrylate is dissolved to obtain a mixed solution, dissolving epoxy resin in water, adding surfactant and mixing well to obtain epoxy resin emulsion, (iii) adding the mixed liquid into the epoxy resin emulsion, adding a catalyst after deoxygenation to carry out the cross-linking reaction, carrying out solid-liquid separation and washing to obtain a solid and (iv) dispersing the solid in a buffer solution, adding dopamine, mixing uniformly and washing; (2) self-repairing coating comprises a substrate and the self-repairing microcapsules synthesized as mentioned above; and (3) a coating formed by coating the self-repairing coating on a substrate and curing.
