▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A scaffold comprises a component, support or porous structure with a three-dimensional shape, made of a polymeric material, and a calcium and zinc alginate hydrogel integrated into the component, support or porous structure. The calcium and zinc alginate hydrogel comprises 4-7 wt.% zinc ions and 3-6 wt.% calcium ions. USE - Scaffold is used for bone tissue engineering, preferably for implant, graft and bone graft substitute for reconstructing bone defects such as segmental defects, defects caused by trauma, osteolytic tumors, gunshot wounds, defects caused by osteoarthritis, surgery, osteomyelitis, tumor surgery, structural bone defects, defects caused by osteoporosis, osteopenia and/or metabolic bone disease (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The scaffold is osteogenic, biocompatible, biodegradable, capable of providing structural support, easy to implant, and economical. The materials with which the scaffold is made are bioactive and reabsorbable over time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of the scaffold.
