NOVELTY - Preparing multifunctional antibacterial hydrogel dressing involves modifying quaternary ammonium salt (QAS) by dihydroxy and oxadiazolyl with excellent antibacterial property, by isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) coupling water-soluble natural antibacterial active glycan carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS), constructing quaternized carboxymethyl chitosan (QCS), functionalizing the two-dimensional photo-thermal material (GO) with 3-amino phenylboronic acid (PBA), performing reduction reaction to prepare functional reduction graphene oxide (rGB), pre-polymerizing the dopamine (DA), performing secondary polymerization in the initiator ammonium persulfate (APS), dissolving a certain proportion of quaternary ammonium salt antibacterial active polysaccharide (QCS), acrylamide (AM) into the pre-polymerized dopamine (DA) solvent. USE - Method for preparing multifunctional antibacterial hydrogel dressing used to wound healing process wound healing dressing, antibacterial dressing, medical adhesive, medical surgical suture line and artificial tissue skin (claimed).
