USE - Microbial oil displacement agent for high-temperature high-salinity reservoirs. ADVANTAGE - The microbial oil displacement agent has significantly increased growth rate of microorganisms, provided an adsorption surface for dominant bacteria, and then promoted the growth and metabolism of microorganisms, and has the effect of strengthening microbial oil displacement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method for the microbial oil displacement agent, which involves biochemically treating salt-containing industrial wastewater and phosphorus-containing industrial wastewater, adding 2-10 wt.% biochemically treated industrial wastewater and nano-magnetic powder composite, 0.5-3 wt.% of protein and water into the fermenter, adjusting the pH value of the solution to 7.0-7.2, heating up to 40-55°C and stirring, then heating to 125°C for 25 minutes to sterilize, treating to cool down to 40-60 ℃, then adding the Bacillus bacterial classification in the fermenter, keeping the temperature at 55-60°C for 48 hours of fermentation and then cool to normal temperature to obtain the required microbial oil displacement agent.
