▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing thermal interface material, involves (a) placing graphene and carbon nanotubes in a mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, refluxing at 50-150 degrees C for 1-10 hours, suction filtering, washing with deionized water to neutral, and naturally drying to obtain a mixed powder of hydrophilic graphene and carbon nanotubes, (b) adding the obtained powder to a ball mill, adding spherical carbon material, adding absolute ethanol, ball milling for 1-24 hours, and naturally drying the obtained mixture to obtain a multidimensional carbon material, and (c) adding the carbon material to polymer, and uniformly stirring and mixing the mixture to obtain the material. USE - The method is useful for preparing thermal interface material used for high-power LED lamp packaging. ADVANTAGE - The method has excellent conduction effect, and effectively solves the heat dissipation problem of high-power LED lamps.
