▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The planar heterojunction perovskite solar cell comprises indium tin oxide electrode, hole transport layer, perovskite light absorption layer, polymer ethylene oxide modified layer, electron transport layer, cathode interface modified layer bath copper spirit and top electrode. The electrode contains fluorine-doped tin oxide, polyethylenedioxythiophene-poly, graphene, carbon nanotube layer, and silver nanowire or copper nanowire. The hole transport layer provides molybdenum oxide, graphene oxide, nickel oxide, tungsten oxide, and vanadium oxide or silver oxide. The perovskite light-absorbing layer is a perovskite metal halide. The top electrode is a thin film of silver or aluminum. USE - Efficient and stable planar heterojunction perovskite solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene oxide effectively increases the electron transmission between the perovskite and the electron transport layer, reduces the series resistance, increases the filling factor and current flow density of the perovskite solar cell, and thus improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a planar heterojunction perovskite solar cell.
