NOVELTY - The preparation method of lubricating oil loaded nano-graphene oxide involves taking graphene oxide solution by low-speed centrifugally separation, mixing supernatant liquid with nano-oxide in mass ratio of 100-10000:1, freeze-drying the solution, heating composite powder, blending composite powder with base oil, then placing in sealed autoclave, heating, filtering, centrifugally separating and cooling, washing solid mixture with organic solvent, filtering and centrifuging, and mixing composite additive and base oil with oleophilic nano-graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for preparing lubricating oil loaded nano-graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of lubricating oil loaded nano-graphene oxide with excellent dispersibility, stability, lubricating performance, carrying capacity and heat conduction effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of lubricating oil loaded nano-graphene oxide involves taking graphene oxide solution by low-speed centrifugally separation, mixing supernatant liquid with nano-oxide in mass ratio of 100-10000:1, freeze-drying the solution to obtain fluffy few-layer graphene oxide and nano-oxide composite powder, heating composite powder at 40-200 degrees C, blending composite powder with base oil, then placing in sealed autoclave, heating, filtering, centrifugally separating and cooling, washing solid mixture with organic solvent for 3-5 times, filtering and centrifuging to obtain oleophilic nano-graphene oxide, and mixing composite additive and base oil with oleophilic nano-graphene oxide.
