NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/titanium dioxide composite nano-fiber membranes comprises e.g. mixing graphene with deionized water, performing ultrasonic treatment, adding tin chloride and sodium hydroxide with stirring, uniformly mixing, transferring mixed solution reaction vessel, performing ultrasonic dispersion graphene-tin dioxide composite nano-particles, adding methanol and water, adding poly(vinyl acetate), spinning precursor solution, performing high voltage electrostatic spinning precursor solution and drying poly(vinyl acetate)-graphene-tin dioxide composite nano-fiber membranes. USE - The graphene/titanium dioxide composite nano-fiber membranes is useful for preparing lithium ion battery (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/titanium dioxide composite nano-fiber membranes comprises (i) mixing graphene with deionized water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, adding tin chloride and sodium hydroxide with stirring, uniformly mixing, to obtain mixed solution; (ii) transferring the step (i) mixed solution reaction vessel, carrying out reaction, filtering, cleaning and drying, to obtain graphene-tin dioxide composite nanoparticles; (iii) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion of step (ii) obtained graphene-tin dioxide composite nano-particles, adding methanol and water, to obtain mixed solvent, adding poly(vinyl acetate), spinning the precursor solution; (iv) carrying out high voltage electrostatic spinning of step (iii) precursor solution, to obtain poly(vinyl acetate)-graphene-tin dioxide composite nano-fiber membranes; and (v) drying by heat treatment step (iv) obtained poly(vinyl acetate)-graphene-tin dioxide composite nano-fiber membranes, where the diameter of composite nano fiber membrane is 800-1200 nm and length greater than 0.5 mm. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/titanium dioxide composite nano-fiber membranes, prepared as mentioned above.
