NOVELTY - Portable heating tumbler comprises a body part (100) internally contains the contents and the upper part is open and hollow; a cover portion (110) coupled to the upper part of the body part so that the upper part of the body part is sealed; a heating part formed under the body part to apply heat; a temperature setting unit (180) installed on the cover unit and configured to set a temperature according to a rotation amount after the cover unit is immersed in the body part; a display unit (120) formed on the cover unit to display a set temperature set by the temperature setting unit and to display an operating state of the heating part; a connection port formed under the body part to supply power supplied from an external device to the heating part; and a control unit for controlling temperature of the heating part according to a set temperature of the temperature setting unit, where the heating part is a carbon fiber or a mixture of carbon fiber and graphene. USE - The portable heating tumbler is useful for boiling or heating contents e.g. water or milk powder outdoors using a portable battery. ADVANTAGE - The portable restricts the use of disposable paper cups for environmental protection by increasing the use of tumblers; has increased portability as they are made of lighter materials than heavy ones e.g. thermos; allows the user to check information e.g. a temperature and an operating state of the contents, and to intuitively and easily select warmth or boiling water by freely adjusting the temperature; and prevents sedimentation by dissolving powdered milk or powdered additives easily in a solution and rotates the blade without power.
