NOVELTY - A device for producing graphene/nano metal oxide composite material, has a sealed cavity for accommodating mixed solution prepared by mixing graphene with solvent containing metal ion, a pressurizing unit which is connected to the sealed cavity by pipe (I), a high pressure nozzle connected to sealed cavity through conduit (II), an alkaline liquid supply unit which communicates with high-pressure nozzle through conduit (III), and heating unit that communicates with high-pressure nozzle through conduit (III). USE - Device is used for producing graphene/nano metal oxide composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Pressure is provided to the sealing cavity to perform pressurizing stroke on the mixed solution. An alkaline liquid is mixed with mixed solution discharged from high-pressure nozzle. Neutralization reaction is carried out between metal ion and alkaline liquid to produce metal hydroxide attached to the surface of graphene. Heating stroke is performed on the mixed solution that completes the neutralization reaction, and solvent is vaporized and metal hydroxide is converted to form graphene/nanometal oxide composite. The high-pressure nozzle discharges the mixed solution that completes the pressurization stroke from the sealed cavity at high speed. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of producing graphene/nano-metal oxide composite material using the device.
