NOVELTY - Producing wire harness involves arranging multiple harness conductors, performing additive molding on the insulator, and then arranging gaps among the wiring harness conductors, where the insulators wrap the wiring harness conductors and fill the gaps. USE - Production method of wire harness. ADVANTAGE - The method enables removing an extruded insulating layer of a wire, thus reducing wire processing time and cost of raw material, and reducing cost of wire production, and hence improving production efficiency, realizing fast production, uniformly setting the insulator around the pre-arranged wiring harness conductor, realizing uniform insulation, and realizing convenient and quick set insulator. The method ensures that the produced wiring harness is convenient to install and connect with an external electric device, reduces mounting time and saves space, and adopts profiling forming shell.
