NOVELTY - Method for concomitantly protecting aqueous resin against damage caused by ultraviolet radiation and risk of static electricity accumulation involves using graphene sheets whose surfaces are modified by chemical insertion of groups derived from amino acids. USE - Method for concomitantly protecting aqueous resin against damage caused by ultraviolet radiation and risk of static electricity accumulation, used in aqueous coating or paint composition (claimed) for forming semiconductor film. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous resin enables economical and environmentally-friendly preparation of aqueous coating or paint composition having improved ultraviolet absorption property and chemical stability, and low toxicity. The composition provides semiconductor film having improved electrical property, optical property, thermal property and antistatic property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an aqueous coating or paint composition, which comprises a water-soluble resin or a resin dissolved in water, as a main component, water as a dispersing medium, and an additive comprising the surface-modified graphene surface.
