NOVELTY - A multilayer panel (10) comprises a middle layer (11) comprising graphene, and including a surface (12), and a surface (13) opposing the surface (12), a polymer layer (14) applied to the surface (12) of the middle layer, a polymer layer (15) applied to the surface (13) of the middle layer, a glass layer (16) deposited on an outer surface (17) of the layer (14), and a glass layer (18) deposited on an outer surface (19) of the layer (15). The layer (14) and/or the layer (15) comprise a carbon filler. USE - Multilayer panel e.g. front windshield, rear windshield, side door window and/or skylight is used for vehicle (all claimed), such as automobile. ADVANTAGE - The multilayer panel has desired thermal conductivity, electroconductivity, optical property, and mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) vehicle, which comprises the multilayer panel which is electrical communication with a power source; and (2) manufacture of the multilayer panel, which involves combining a polymer, carbon filler and a plasticizer to form the polymer layers, applying the polymer layers to the respective surfaces of the middle layer, and laminating the polymer layers and the middle layer between the glass layers.
