NOVELTY - Preparing master batch involves preparing the multiphase rubber composite material, mixing the multiple rubber materials in the internal mixer according to the preset proportion, adding auxiliary agent, and mixing uniformly to obtain the multiphase rubber composite material, the rubber material comprises anyone and/or more styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber, and butadiene rubber, preparing multiphase rubber/graphene composite tire master batch, adding the multiphase rubber composite material with the graphene material into the solid phase force chemical reactor to grind many times to obtain the composite tire master batch of the multiphase rubber/graphene. USE - Method for preparing master batch, used for multiphase rubber/graphene composite tyres. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low in cost, green, and environment-friendly. The prepared finished product is better in performance, and the method is beneficial to industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a composite material for tyres, which comprises prepared the master batch rubber for multiphase rubber graphene composite tyre; and 2. a method for preparing composite material for tyres, which involves mixing the multiphase rubber/graphene composite tire with master batch and multiple rubber materials to the preset proportion in the open mill, adding auxiliary agent to mix uniformly to obtain the first rubber material, the rubber material comprises anyone and/or more styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber, and butadiene rubber, adding the zinc oxide, stearic acid, and anti-aging agent into the first rubber material, continuously mixing uniformly to obtain the second rubber material, adding the carbon black into the second rubber material, mixing uniformly to obtain the third rubber material, adding the accelerant NS and accelerant D into the third rubber material, mixing uniformly to obtain the fourth rubber material, adding the sulfur to the fourth rubber material, content uniformly to obtain the composite material for the tyre.
