NOVELTY - Cathode polar plate comprises a cathode active material layer, where the cathode active material layer includes a cathodeactive material, and the active specific surface area of the cathode active material layer is greater than or equal to K.25cm2/g, K is a calibration parameter, K=15μm/Dv50, Dv50 is the median particle size of the cathode active material and the temperature corresponding to the peak height of the first peak of the differential curve of the thermogravimetric curve is greater than 350℃. USE - The polar plate is useful for electrochemical device of electronic device ( all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathodehas better dynamic performance, so that the electrochemical device applying it has faster charging rate and better electrochemical performance.
