NOVELTY - Preparation of low dielectric constant liquid crystal polymer (LCP) film, involves (1) acetylating the hydroxyl-containing aromatic monomer to obtain an acetylated monomer, (2) polymerizing acetylated monomer and aromatic diacid monomer at a high temperature to obtain a prepolymer, (3) performing transesterification reaction between prepolymer and phosphite compound to obtain a liquid crystal polymer, (4) ball milling and mixing liquid crystal polymer, inorganic filler and polyimide to obtain a mixture, melting and plasticizing mixture, cooling to form a film, longitudinally and transversely simultaneously stretching, rolling, and slitting. USE - Preparation of low dielectric constant liquid crystal polymer (LCP) film. ADVANTAGE - The regular fibrous structure is obtained through high-temperature polymerization of aromatic diacid monomers and transesterification with phosphite compounds and improves heat resistance stability. The liquid crystal polymer film with low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss factor is obtained by adding inorganic fillers and polyimide to enhance its mechanical properties and reduce its dielectric loss.
