▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Rubber composition for thermally conductive rubber material comprises masterbatch, first reinforcing filler, second reinforcing filler, vulcanizing agent, vulcanization activator, plasticizer, and vulcanization auxiliary agent, and optionally base rubber, which are stored independently or in combination with any two or more. The masterbatch is obtained by kneading carbon-based filler, coupling agent and at least a part of base rubber. The base rubber is highly saturated base rubber with an unsaturation of less than 2%. The carbon-based filler is graphene. The vulcanizing agent is halogen-containing phenolic resin. The vulcanization auxiliary agent is neoprene, and/or bromobutyl rubber. The first reinforcing filler is carbon black with a DPB absorption value of 1.02-1.13 cm3/g and a particle size parameter CTAB method surface area of 90-120 cm2/g. USE - The vulcanized rubber is useful in preparing thermally conductive rubber material, preferably vulcanization bladder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vulcanized rubber obtained by the composition has excellent thermal conductivity and physical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rubber composition for thermally conductive rubber material comprises masterbatch, first reinforcing filler, second reinforcing filler, vulcanizing agent, vulcanization activator, plasticizer, and vulcanization auxiliary agent, and optionally base rubber, which are stored independently or in combination with any two or more. The masterbatch is obtained by kneading carbon-based filler, coupling agent and at least a part of base rubber. The base rubber is highly saturated base rubber with an unsaturation of less than 2%. The carbon-based filler is graphene. The vulcanizing agent is halogen-containing phenolic resin. The vulcanization auxiliary agent is neoprene, and/or bromobutyl rubber. The first reinforcing filler is carbon black with a DPB absorption value of 1.02-1.13 cm3/g and a particle size parameter CTAB method surface area of 90-120 cm2/g. The second reinforcing filler is carbon black with a DPB absorption value of 3-3.5 cm3/g and a particle size parameter CTAB method surface area of 70-90 cm2/g. The composition comprises 1-15 pts. wt. carbon-based filler, 5-60 pts. wt. first reinforcing filler, 10-40 pts. wt. second reinforcing filler, 0.05-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-15 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 1-11 pts. wt. vulcanization activator, 1-10 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 1-10 pts. wt. vulcanization auxiliary agent. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the vulcanized rubber, comprising (1) kneading carbon-based filler and coupling agent with at least part of the base rubber to obtain a masterbatch, preferably the first kneading conditions include: the temperature is 145-175degrees Celsius for 3-8 minutes, (2) performing the second mixing with the masterbatch and component A to obtain a mixed rubber, where the component A comprises a first reinforcing filler, a second reinforcing filler, a vulcanization activator, a plasticizer and a vulcanization auxiliary agent, and the component A optionally contains base rubber, preferably, the conditions for the second mixing include: the temperature is not higher than 150degrees Celsius for 3-6 minutes, (3) carrying out the third mixing together with the vulcanizing agent to obtain the final rubber mixing, preferably the third mixing conditions include: the temperature is not higher than 120degrees Celsius for 4-7 minutes, and (4) vulcanizing the final rubber compound; and (2) vulcanized rubber prepared by the above preparation method.
