▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite material capable of ultraviolet near-infrared laser marking, comprises 60-65 pts. wt. primary mixture, 30-35 pts. wt. polyolefin resin, and 3-8 pts. wt. compatibilizer; where the primary mixture includes 25-35 pts. wt. easy laser carbonization polymer, 65-75 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 0.04-0.06 pt. wt. graphene, and 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. coupling agent. USE - The composite material capable of ultraviolet near-infrared laser marking is useful in laser marking (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has microsphere shape and its structure is similar to watermelon, and innovative morphology compared with traditional core-shell structure laser absorbers; and shows obvious response of 355 nm ultraviolet and 1064 nm near-infrared laser due to the titanium dioxide and the graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing composite material capable of ultraviolet near-infrared laser marking, comprising (i) adding titanium dioxide, graphene, and coupling agent into high-speed mixer, fully mixing, adding easy laser carbonization polymer, placing in screw machine from main feeding port, and extruding and granulating to obtain primary mixture, and (ii) mixing the primary mixture with polyolefin resin and compatibilizer and adding into the high-speed mixer, fully mixing, then placing in the screw machine, and extruding and granulating to obtain final product.
