NOVELTY - Preparing copper graphene nanocomposite coated aluminum alloy involves preparing base electrolytic bath by mixing a copper sulfate pentahydrate and sulfuric acid, adding graphene into the base electrolytic bath, adding one dispersing agent into the base electrolytic bath, mixing the base electrolytic bath, graphene and one dispersing agent using a mixing device using a pure copper as an anode and anodized aluminum as cathode for preparing the copper graphene nanocomposite coated aluminum alloy. USE - Method for preparing copper graphene nanocomposite coated aluminum alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces electrode wear rate and improves material removal rate and surface finish.
