NOVELTY - Preparing graphene micro sheet master batch involves stripping the graphite powder with auxiliary flaky inorganic material to form graphene micro sheet, loading the graphene micro sheet on the flaky inorganic material, dispersing the graphene micro sheet in a polymer, where graphene micro sheet master batch comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphite powder, 10-25 pts. wt. flaky inorganic substance, 10-15 pts. wt. spherical inorganic material, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol and 20-35 pts. wt. polymer carrier. USE - Method for preparing graphene micro sheet master batch for enhancing engineering plastic (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene micro sheet master batch which has good lubrication flow dispersion. It greatly improves the intensity, elastic modulus and abrasion resistance of the engineering plastic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene micro sheet master batch involves stripping the graphite powder with auxiliary flaky inorganic material to form graphene micro sheet, loading the graphene micro sheet on the flaky inorganic material, dispersing the graphene micro sheet in a polymer, where graphene micro sheet master batch comprises 30-50 pts. wt. graphite powder, 10-25 pts. wt. flaky inorganic substance, 10-15 pts. wt. spherical inorganic material, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol and 20-35 pts. wt. polymer carrier, where the graphite powder is flaky graphite with carbon content of greater than or equal to 98%, and the flaky inorganic material is selected from talcum powder, mica powder and montmorillonite. The spherical inorganic material is selected from spherical barium sulfate, silicon micro-powder and glass microspheres having granularity of 2000-3000 meshes. The dispersant is selected from stearic acid, oleic acid, titanic acid ester coupling agent, aluminic acid ester coupling agent and silicone. The polymer carrier is selected from polycarbonate, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate, polytrimethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer. The graphene micro sheet master batch is prepared by adding 50-60 pts. wt. graphite powder and 10-25 pts. wt. flaky inorganic thing in airflow pulverizer, collision cutting and crushing by high pressure air flow of the air flow crusher, so that the nano-flaky inorganic material and graphite powder are stripped in a graphene micro sheet. The obtained mixture of nano-flaky inorganic material with graphene micro sheet is added with 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol for nucleation and growth to form nano-flaky inorganic thing with graphene micro sheet arranged with ordered bedded structure, which is dried. The dried material is mixed with 10-15 pts. wt. spherical inorganic substance, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant and 20-35 pts. wt. polymer carrier in the high-speed mixer to mix at 120-135 degrees C and 800-1200 revolutions/minute for 20-35 minutes to obtain the dispersed material. The obtained dispersed material is added into a double-screw extruder at setting temperature of 180-220 degrees C, die temperature of 160-170 degrees C and screw rotating speed of 300-600 revolutions/minute, and the obtained material is granulated by using the granulating device to obtain the granular graphene micro sheet master batch.
