NOVELTY - High light transmittance coating comprises 20-30 pts. graphene, 10-20 pts. zinc oxide nanoparticles, 5-10 pts. conductive carbon black, 10-20 pts. cyclohexanone, 5-10 pts. dimethylacetamide, 1-5 pts. Novolac, 10-15 pts. silicone oil, 5-10 pts. chromic acid, 1-5 pts. dibutyl phthalate resin, 10-15 pts. acrylic resin, 1-5 pts. silane coupling agent, 1-5 pts. leveling agent, 1-5 pts. defoamer, 5-10 pts. diluent, 1-5 pts. dispersant and 1-5 pts. stabilizer. USE - The high light transmittance coating is useful for LED luminous glass (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating improves the glare of glass, protects the internal emitters and avoids the shock and damage of glass from the internal light emitting unit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high light transmittance coating, comprising mixing the graphene, zinc oxide nanoparticles, conductive carbon black, cyclohexanone, dimethylacetamide and Novolac to obtain a slurry, carrying out high-shear dispersion of the slurry at 800-1000 rotations/minute for 30-50 minutes, then adjusting the speed to 1000-1200 rotations/minute, adding silicone oil, chromic acid, dibutyl phthalate resin, acrylic resin, silane coupling agent and diluent, mixing for 10-20 minutes, adjusting the speed to 1200-1400 rotations/minute, then adding leveling agent, defoamer, dispersant and stabilizer, stirring for 30-50 minutes, carrying out ultrasonic vibration for 20-30 minutes, drying at room temperature, then drying at 100-120 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, curing, grinding and dispersing.
