NOVELTY - Transferring graphene in a large area involves: (S1) growing graphene on a substrate to form a 1st composite structure; (S2) coating a removable dielectric layer on the surface of the graphene to obtain a 2nd composite structure; (S3) drying the 2nd composite structure to form a 3rd composite structure; (S4) bonding the blue film with a dielectric layer on the 3rd composite structure to form a 4th composite structure; (S5) removing the substrate of the 4th composite structure to obtain a 5th composite structure; (S6) transferring the 5th composite structure to a target substrate, where the graphene is attached to the surface of the target substrate; and (S7) removing the blue film and the dielectric layer of the 5th composite structure, and reserving the graphene on the target substrate. USE - The method is useful for transferring graphene in a large area (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate, and the transfer effect is good. Further, high-quality graphene can be transferred to a target substrate.
