NOVELTY - Preparation of semi-metal structure tungsten ditelluride/redox graphene composite powder involves subjecting an aqueous solution containing tellurium ion, ammonium paratungstate, citric acid and graphene oxide to a hydrothermal reaction, where the reaction conditions are room temperature for 10-12 hours, 50 degrees C for 2-4 hours, 100 degrees C for 2-4 hours, 130 degrees C for 3-5 hours 160 degrees C for 12-16 hours, respectively. USE - The method is useful for preparing a semi-metal structure tungsten ditelluride/redox graphene composite powder. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of the semi-metal structure tungsten ditelluride/redox graphene composite powder with low energy consumption and equipment, high efficiency and excellent performance.
