NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene comprises foamed nickel sheet and graphene sheet layer tightly wrapped around foamed nickel. The graphene sheet is set outside of foamed nickel constituting three-dimensional graphene. The three-dimensional graphene has good mechanical properties and flexibility, good conductivity, and large specific surface area. USE - Three-dimensional graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene uses easy to obtain raw materials, the and has low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene comprising volatilizing anhydrous ethanol at 80 degrees C, and using ethanol as carbon source; cutting foamed nickel into circular shape having diameter of 1.5 cm as substrate, and using copper foil as catalyst; and reacting in chemical vapor deposition tube furnace for 30-90 minutes.
