▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aminoxanthone-modified graphene compound (I), is new. USE - New aminoxanthone-modified graphene compound is used preparation of hydrazine yellow fluorescent detection reagent (claimed) used in detection of biomolecules e.g. glucose, glucosamine, methionine, arginine, dopamine, lysine, tryptophan, glycine, maltose, alanine, isoleucine, threonine, proline and other substance. ADVANTAGE - The aminoxanthone-modified graphene compound has excellent solubility and selectivity, and can be prepared by simple and easy process under mild reaction conditions, and is easy to use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aminoxanthone-modified graphene compound of formula (I), is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of compound (I), which involves mixing 20 mL graphene oxide with concentration of 0.2-3 mg/mL, and 50-100 mu L 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride as catalyst, leaving still for 30 minutes, obtaining graphene oxide solution, dissolving 10-20 mg aminoxanthone in 10 mL ethanol, stirring, adding resultant solution to the graphene oxide solution, heating in water bath, stirring at room temperature for 24 hours, filtering, and washing with mixed solvent of alcohol and water; and (2) use of aminoxanthone-modified graphene compound (I) in preparation of hydrazine yellow fluorescent detection reagent.
