NOVELTY - Preparing breathable high-strength composite non-woven fabric comprises (1) adding polypropylene, polyester fiber, polyurethane, sodium polyacrylate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polydimethylsiloxane and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide into a twin-screw extruder, melting and extruding into a mixed melt, (2) measuring the mixed melt, spinning, drafting, lapping, and reinforcing to obtain a non-woven fabric, and cutting the first non- Woven fabric and the second non- woven fabric, cutting the first non-woven fabric and the second non-woven fabric from the non-woven fabric, (3) soaking the first non-woven fabric and the second non-woven fabric to nano aluminum oxide liquid for 24-36 hours, soaking to modified carbon fiber liquid for 24-48 hours, and (4) extruding and compounding the first non-woven fabric and the second non-woven fabric into cloth, drying at 50-60 ℃, trimming, and rolling to obtain the breathable high-strength composite non-woven fabric.
