NOVELTY - Producing modified nylon/spandex mixed filament yarn, comprises: (i) taking natural graphite flake, preparing aqueous solution of graphene oxide, reducing graphene oxide to graphene, preparing a stable dispersion of graphene solution, adding polyurethane into graphene solution, stirring to obtain a functional coating aid; coating the functional coating aid on the nylon filament to prepare the graphene-modified nylon filament; and conducting the winding and twisting; (ii) drawing the spandex filament; and (iii) mixing the drawn spandex filament and the twisted graphene-modified nylon filament. USE - The method is useful for producing modified nylon/spandex mixed filament yarn (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing modified nylon/spandex mixed filament yarn, comprises: (i) taking natural graphite flake as raw material, preparing aqueous solution of graphene oxide, reducing the graphene oxide to graphene by hydrazine hydrate, preparing a stable dispersion of graphene solution, adding polyurethane into the graphene solution, stirring for 30 minutes to obtain a functional coating aid; adopting continuous solution dip coating technology for coating the functional coating aid on the nylon filament to prepare the graphene-modified nylon filament; and conducting the winding and twisting; (ii) drawing the spandex filament; and (iii) mixing the drawn spandex filament and the twisted graphene-modified nylon filament, crimping, and coating.
