NOVELTY - Rubber spring compound comprises modified nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, anti-aging agent, protective wax, carbon black, graphene, basalt, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, plasticizer, aromatic oil, dispersant, promoter and zinc oxide. The carbon black is prepared by mixing wear-resistant carbon black and quick-pressing carbon black in weight ratio of 1:4. The modified nitrile rubber is prepared by adding silane coupling agent into water-ethanol solution, hydrolyzing for 0.5 hours under acidic conditions, adding nano silica, flame retardant and kaolin, stirring for 1.5 hours, filtering under reduced pressure, and washing with deionized water to obtain modified nitrile rubber. USE - Used as rubber spring compound. ADVANTAGE - The rubber spring compound is resistant to high temperature and aging, and can be produced in simple manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Rubber spring compound comprises modified nitrile rubber, butadiene rubber, anti-aging agent, protective wax, carbon black, graphene, basalt, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, plasticizer, aromatic oil, dispersant, promoter and zinc oxide. The carbon black is prepared by mixing wear-resistant carbon black and quick-pressing carbon black in weight ratio of 1:4. The modified nitrile rubber is prepared by adding silane coupling agent into water-ethanol solution, hydrolyzing for 0.5 hours under acidic conditions, adding nano silica, flame retardant and kaolin, stirring for 1.5 hours, filtering under reduced pressure, and washing with deionized water to obtain modified nitrile rubber. The natural rubber is produced by sequentially adding modifier, ethylene propylene diene monomer and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer into an open mill, kneading, adding sulfurizing agent, parking the obtained rubber compound for 16 hours, opening the open mill, and pressing the modified natural rubber on a flat vulcanizing machine. The silane coupling agent is KH550 versatile amino-functional coupling agent. The mass ratio of the nano silica, flame retardant, silane coupling agent and kaolin is 10:5:2:12. The mass ratio of the modifier, natural rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer is 10:100:25:12. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing rubber spring compound, comprising mixing and plasticizing butadiene rubber and modified natural rubber with open mill, adding anti-aging agent, protective wax, carbon black, basalt, aluminum hydroxide, bentonite, plasticizer, aromatic oil, dispersion and promoter for mixing, parking the obtained rubber compound for 16 hours, vulcanizing using a vulcanizer, vulcanizing the sample with a veneer vulcanizer, and molding to obtain rubber spring compound resistant to high temperature and aging.
