NOVELTY - A red sandstone anti-weather anti-corrosion protective nano coating comprises component (A) and component (B) in a mass ratio of 4:1-5:1. The component (A) comprises 60-90 parts mass aqueous acrylic resin, 10-15 parts mass deionized water, 3-9 parts mass film-forming additive, 1-3 parts mass nanoparticles, 0.05-0.2 part mass defoamer and 0.2-0.6 part mass dispersant. The component (B) comprises 70-90 parts mass hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer and 10-30 parts mass propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate. USE - Anti-weather anti-corrosion protective nano coating used for red sandstone used in hydraulic engineering application (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano silicon oxide, nano zirconium oxide and nano graphene oxide are dispersed in the acrylic resin matrix in a flaky and layered manner, so that the compactness of the coating is improved, the invasion of small molecules such as water, carbon dioxide and microorganisms is effectively prevented, and the weather resistance and corrosion resistance of the red sandstone are improved. The coating has aqueous environmental protection, no influence in the surrounding water environment, high bonding strength with the red sandstone, and excellent weathering prevention and corrosion prevention effects.
