▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-ferroferric oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film comprises (i) dissolving polyvinylidene fluoride particles in N,N-dimethylformamide, and reacting in a water bath at 80-90 degrees C for 1-2 hours, obtain polyvinylidene fluoride/N,N-dimethylformamide solution with a mass concentration of 100 mg/ml, (ii) dispersing graphene in N,N-dimethylformamide and ultrasonically stirring to obtain a graphene/N,N-dimethylformamide solution with a mass concentration of 10 mg/ml, (iii) dispersing ferroferric oxide in N,N-dimethylformamide and ultrasonically stirring to obtain a mass concentration of 20 mg/ml ferroferric oxide/N,N-dimethylformamide solution, (iv) mixing solutions obtained in step (i), (ii), and (iii) as requiring to prepare a gelated graphene-ferroferric oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film, and (v) drying gelled graphene-ferroferric oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film to obtain a graphene-ferroferric oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-ferroferric oxide/polyvinylidene fluoride composite film. ADVANTAGE - The film: is safe, environmentally friendly and economical, has simple preparation process, good electromagnetic shielding performance and flexibility, and can meet application requirements of flexible electronics, aerospace and electronic packaging.
