NOVELTY - Electrical grade aluminum alloy energy-saving conductor with high connection reliability and low resistance comprises 0.12-0.26 wt.% graphene powder, 0.3-1.2 wt.% copper and iron, less than or equal to 0.3 wt.% remaining components silicon, magnesium, zinc, antioxidant, and barium metaborate, and 99-99.5 wt.% aluminum (balance amount); and the graphene powder is modified graphene powder, and the modified graphene powder is prepared by (i) adding aluminum powder and rare earth powder into a three-dimensional mixer, and mixing at room temperature for 8-15 hours to obtain mixed powder A, (ii) adding the mixed powder A and copper powder prepared in step (i) into a three-dimensional mixer, and mixing at room temperature for 10-15 hours to obtain mixed powder B, and (iii) adding the mixed powder B prepared in step (ii), graphene powder and coagulant into a three-dimensional mixer according to the mass ratio of 90-95:5:1, and mixing at room temperature for 12-15 hours. USE - Used as electrical grade aluminum alloy energy-saving conductor with high connection reliability and low resistance. ADVANTAGE - The prepared cable core has excellent conductivity, and prolonged service life.
