▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene hydrogel has a water content of 90-99.5%, a conductivity of 10-3-100 S/m, and a nitrogen/carbon molar ratio of 1-25%. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene hydrogel is used for preparing aerogel (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-doped graphene hydrogel can be prepared by a simple method with low equipment requirement and high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel having a nitrogen/carbon molar ratio of 2-20%, a carbon/oxygen molar ratio of 15-5, an amine-nitrogen content of 40-70%, a pyridine-nitrogen content of 10-40%, graphene-nitrogen content of 10-30%, a specific surface area of ??300-1500 m2/g, a micropore ??distribution of 10-20%, a mesopore distribution of 20-50%, a macropore distribution of 30-70%, an apparent density of 0.01-0.2 g/cm3, a pore volume of 5-20 cm3/g, and a conductivity of 1-1000 S/m; (2) preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene hydrogel, which involves grinding graphite oxide into a fine powder of 1-100 microns, mixing with a solvent, stirring and dispersing to obtain a uniform dispersion, ultrasonically treating at 10-1000 W for 0.1-2 hours, to obtain a dispersion liquid with a concentration of 0.1-9 mg/mL, removing a small amount of insoluble matter by centrifuging to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion liquid, mixing the obtained dispersion liquid with a nitrogen source, stirring or ultrasonically dispersing uniformly, and reacting at 30-220 degrees C for 0.5-36 hours; and (3) preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene aerogel, which involves drying the hydrogel.
