NOVELTY - Heater comprises a first insulating layer and a functional layer sequentially laminated in sequence, where the functional layer is a graphene heating film and the heating graphene includes 0.5-3 wt.% graphene powder, 0.8-10 wt.% dispersant and 10-40 wt.% organic resin, and aqueous conductive paste of graphene screen printing (remaining amount). USE - Heater is useful in electro-thermal deicing, battery heating, industrial or civil consumer electric heating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heater has light and thin high strength, low voltage, high efficiency, low energy consumption, long service life, high reliability, high integration degree, and can easily realize large area large curvature heating.
