▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The membrane (100) has a porous substrate (102) that comprises the first and second surfaces opposite the first surface. The pores extend between the first and second surfaces and the pores that include relatively large and small pores. The filler particles are lodged within the relatively large pores and the graphene platelets fill the relatively small pores. The filler particles comprise graphite particles and wollastonite and the graphite particles comprise nano-graphite platelets. A first layer (106) of graphene platelets are provided on the first surface and a second layer (110) of graphene platelets are provided on the second surface. ADVANTAGE - The entrapped ions stabilize and cross-link the platelets, thus creating and maintaining a desired spacing between the graphene platelets. The secondary suspension is applied back to the graphene membrane and the fluid is forced through the graphene membrane, so that the graphene in the suspension is retained within the pores of the graphene membrane. The larger ions, molecules and particles are retained by the graphene platelets as large to pass through the pores and between adjacent platelet between the graphene sheet. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for making a membrane. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the membrane having graphene platelets filling the pores of a substrate and two layers of graphene platelets on the surface of the substrate.
