NOVELTY - Preparing tri-nickel disulfide-three-dimensional graphene composite electrode material involves placing clean nickel foam NF in a quartz tube, passing carrier gas, heating from room temperature to the reaction temperature, passing carbon source gas, and use chemical weathering deposition CVD technology to grow three-dimensional graphene 3DG on the nickel foam surface. The thiourea and nickel chloride hexahydrate are added in deionized water successively, stirred to make react fully to obtain the precursor solution of electrochemical deposition, set the electrochemical deposition parameters, and used the electrochemical deposition method to grow nickel sulfide on the surface of 3DG-NF, washed electrode material with deionized water multiple times and vacuum dried at 50-60 degrees C to obtain trinickel disulfide-three-dimensional graphene composite electrode material. USE - Method for preparing tri-nickel disulfide-three-dimensional graphene composite electrode material used to super capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare tri-nickel disulfide-three-dimensional graphene composite electrode material has high specific capacitance, avoids the use of electrode binder, and improves electrode conductivity.
