NOVELTY - Radiating coating based on graphene comprises 40-55 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 30-40 pts. wt. polyacrylamide, 10-16 pts. wt. polyether polyol, 8-12 pts. wt. melamine formaldehyde resin, 6-8 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 3-6 pts. wt. nanosized silica, 1-2 pts. wt. dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid potassium, 1-3 pts. wt. starch, 5-20 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene powder and 45-60 pts. wt. water. USE - Used as radiating coating based on graphene. ADVANTAGE - The coating has rotproof and rustproof, radiating effect and durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing radiating coating comprising (a) taking aluminum nitride, nanosized silica, filler and graphene powder, mixing, dispersing, grinding to obtain mixed powder, (b) mixing acrylic resin, polyacrylamide, polyether, melamine formaldehyde resin, mixing, adding sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to stirring at the first time, adding mixed powder, starch and water for the second time stirring; and (2) radiating fin comprising coating the radiating paint radiating paint layer, where the thickness of the heat dissipation coating layer is 2-5 mm, preferably 3-4 mm.
