▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Flame-retardant and antistatic polyethylene comprises 55-80 wt.% polyethylene, 2-20 wt.% polypropylene, 2-8 wt.% polyethylene-octene copolymer (POE), 4-20 wt.% silicon-boron-phosphorus-based composite flame retardant, 3-12 wt.% composite antistatic agent, 0.2-1 wt.% lubricant, and 0.2-1 wt.% other materials. USE - The antistatic polyethylene is polyethylene is useful in underground pipelines or lines in coal mines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The antistatic polyethylene: utilizes uses POE (ethylene-octene copolymer) as the interfacial fusion agent; is conducive to the organic combination of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP); utilizes silicon, boron and phosphorus compound flame retardant and graphene and other compound antistatic agents; and meets the comprehensive properties of the modified materials e.g. physical, mechanical and antistatic properties of the pipeline used in underground coal mines. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the flame-retardant and antistatic polyethylene, comprising (i) pre-treating each component of the flame-retardant and antistatic polyethylene, (ii) pre-blending polypropylene and POE by pre-blending in the plastic extruder after mixing the pre-treated polypropylene with POE, so that the POE and polypropylene are evenly mixed and evenly coated, and (iii) mixing and stirring according to the ratio, adding to the plastic extruder, blending, extruding, pelletizing, and drying.
