▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Printed graphene liquid metal filter plane choke comprises choke base layer, filter medium layer and packaging material layer. The choke base layer is printed by printed graphene conductive ink. The filter medium layer includes 1-10 wt.% functional graphene material, 1-30 wt.% liquid metal, 2-6 wt.% amine curing agent and balance of epoxy resin. The packaging material is polyethylene terephthalate film. USE - Used as printed graphene liquid metal filter plane choke. ADVANTAGE - The filter plane choke has polarity direction, good filtering performance, low energy loss, wide application range and short production time and is low cost and environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the printed graphene liquid metal filter plane choke, comprising (i) subjecting the three-crystal format graphene carrier into redox reaction with three different ions under the action of penetrant and heating under pressure, enabling different ions to be stably loaded into different crystal lattices of the three-crystal graphene carrier to form ternary three-lattice graphene, thoroughly mixing the ternary three-lattice graphene, the solvent, the surfactant, and the dispersion stabilizer, allowing to stand, and removing the solvent to obtain graphene conductive ink; (ii) taking functional graphene material, liquid metal, amine curing agent and epoxy resin, mixing the weighed functional graphene material and liquid metal, adding into the epoxy resin at rate of 3 g/minute, stirring at 400 revolutions/minute while adding, adding the mixture into an ultrasonic oscillator and dispersing for 16 minutes, dispersing uniformly to obtain mixed solution, adding amine curing agent into the mixed solution, maintaining constant speed, and stirring for 32 minutes to obtain filter medium; (iii) coating a layer of filter medium on the bottom encapsulating polyethylene terephthalate film, and curing by heating to obtain printing substrate; (iv) taking the printing substrate prepared in step (iii) and the graphene conductive ink prepared in step (i), directly printing the choke pattern on the surface of the printing substrate, and obtaining the choke base layer; and (v) covering both sides of the choke base layer with a layer of filter medium prepared in step (ii), and coating the polyethylene terephthalate film on the outside of the filter medium and curing by heating, sealing and encapsulating.
