▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Invention relates to the field of nanotechnology and the creation of new nanostructured raw materials for fine-grained ceramic materials of a wide range of applications. It can be used in the chemical industry for the production of materials for supercapacitors, (bio)sensors, fuel cells, electrodes of Li-ion batteries, biofuel cells and light-emitting diodes, electro- and photochromic devices, (photo)catalysts, biomedical engineering. A method for producing a nanostructured composite based on oxygen-free graphene and ZrO2 is proposed, including the interaction of suspensions of calcined nanocrystalline powder ZrO2 and oxygen-free graphene, characterized in that an oxygen-free graphene suspension obtained using the sonochemical method from synthetic graphite in isopropanol or in an acidified mixture of N,N-dimethyloctylamine-water is used, the interaction of suspensions occurs at a temperature of 60-65°C and no water washing stage is required, the calcination temperature of the composite is 500°C. USE - Nanotechnology. ADVANTAGE - Proposed method provides the formation of composites in the form of nanostructured powders consisting of ZrO2 crystallites and 2D graphene sheets. 1 cl, 12 dwg, 1 tbl, 6 ex
