▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves placing growth substrate in chemical vapor deposition reactor and introducing mixed gas of carbon source gas and carrier gas. Transfer medium layer is coated on graphene film. Combination of transfer medium layer/graphene film/growth substrate is dipped in growth substrate corrosive liquid. Combination of transfer medium layer/graphene film is positioned on CF substrate portion (40). Combination of transfer medium layer/graphene film/CF substrate portion is placed and washed in transfer medium layer removing solvent to remove transfer medium layer. USE - Method for manufacturing CF substrate of LCD. ADVANTAGE - Since the graphene transparent conductive layer with improved light transmittance performance, mechanical strength, and flexibility is used to replace ITO transparent conductive layer, the transmittance of the liquid crystal panel is improved effectively and the use of backlighting is significantly reduced.
